Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor at the Hot House Tavern. As a key member of our front of house leadership, you will be responsible for managing a team of servers, hosts, bartenders, and food runners, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a staff of servers, hosts, bartenders, and food runners to ensure excellent customer service and a seamless dining experience.
- Enforce company policies and set a positive example through daily actions.
- Host pre-shift meetings to inform, educate, and train staff on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with kitchen managers to ensure a smooth service each day.
- Field customer compliments, complaints, and any out-of-the-ordinary happenings.
- Work with the General Manager, Assistant GM, and rest of the management team to continuously improve the restaurant's operations.
- Recognize and solve problems within the restaurant.
Working Conditions: The successful candidate will work a variety of floor managing shifts, as well as serving and bartending shifts. They will be part of a dynamic team in a fun and fast-paced environment.
