Master Plumber

Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is seeking an experienced Master Plumber to lead their residential plumbing service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and implementing best practices to drive efficiency and growth. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the plumbing service team, focusing exclusively on residential plumbing.
• Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and local codes.
• Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers to assess their needs and deliver tailored solutions, utilizing strong sales skills to promote services.
• Mentor and train junior plumbers, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute the growth of the residential plumbing department.
• Oversee job costing, invoicing, and ensure project profitability.

Qualifications:

• Valid Master Plumbing License in Wisconsin.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential plumbing service work.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to manage teams.
• Strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to work full-time and be flexible with scheduling.
