Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products to build pallets for our clubs. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating material handling equipment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally. You will also be required to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select products accurately and efficiently to build pallets for our clubs.
  • Verify product against pick tickets and case labels and turn in complete, legible, and accurate paperwork.
  • Maintain required productivity levels at 100% standard and accuracy levels at 99.9% standard.
  • Check the condition of pallets and exchange them where necessary.
  • Promptly report damage and all inventory discrepancies to your supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and repair of dock and facility areas.
  • Assist in ensuring pallets are wrapped and stacked for safe transport to storage.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment after training.
  • Maintain all food safety, housekeeping, and other applicable standards.
  • Ensure regular and consistent attendance.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize requests from multiple sources.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills to ensure proper height and counts and verify pallet ID numbers.
  • Ability to take directions using the headset selection system.
  • Ability to accommodate flexible schedules to meet the needs of the customer.
