POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Custodian is responsible for executing skilled and semi-skilled cleaning and maintenance tasks under the guidance of the Custodian Supervisor. This role is vital in ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment within the University of Tennessee facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including but not limited to dusting, mopping, and sanitizing various areas.
2. Assist in the upkeep of facilities by conducting general maintenance tasks as required.
3. Collaborate with the Custodian Supervisor to ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
4. Support the training and development of junior custodial staff as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in custodial services or related fields is preferred. A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment is essential.
