Responsibilities- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with medical procedures, including triage, vitals, and medication administration.
- Support urgent care services and wellness programs, including educating animal owners and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure continuity of patient care and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Perform administrative tasks, including answering phones, making appointments, and assisting at the front desk.
- Participate in laboratory work, diagnostic imaging, and other tasks as needed.
- Experience in a veterinary setting, preferably as a Veterinary Assistant or in a related role.
- Medication Clerk license preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
