About the Role

CMTA Inc is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Annapolis, MD. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and managing the mechanical aspects of energy-efficient buildings for various clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects and collaborate with a team of engineers to design mechanical systems for energy-efficient buildings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and computer-generated responses to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Attend meetings with clients and architects to discuss project requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Review contractor submittals to ensure conformance with contract documents.
  • Evaluate and select standard engineering techniques and procedures to perform assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in MEP Consulting Engineering.
  • EIT or PE Certificate.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Healthcare and Higher Education project experience.
  • Experience with Revit/AutoCAD.
  • Experience in MEP Design.
