Job Title: Data Architect - AI/ML Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect - AI/ML Solutions Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in working with both the practice and sales teams to engage customers, present cutting-edge AI and ML solutions, and drive adoption of our Co-Pilot solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Sales Engagement: Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and business challenges, and articulate AI/ML solutions that address these challenges.
  • Solution Presentation: Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value of AI/ML solutions, including Co-Pilot, to prospective clients.
  • Proposal Creation: Collaborate with the practice team to craft comprehensive proposals and solution documents that align with the client's objectives and technical requirements.
  • Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them to understand how AI/ML solutions can drive innovation and competitive advantage in their business.
  • Solution Development: Work with technical and practice teams to develop customized AI/ML architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Sales Support: Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed on the latest AI, ML, and data architecture trends, helping to position our solutions in a competitive market.
  • Co-Pilot Advocacy: Promote and convince customers of the benefits of Co-Pilot solutions, demonstrating its ability to streamline operations, improve decision-making, and drive efficiencies through AI/ML technologies.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with post-sales teams to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Requirements:
  • Must have at least 10+ Years in Data Architecture, AI/ML Solutions
  • 8+ years of experience in data architecture, machine learning, and AI, with a focus on pre-sales and solution development.
  • Proven ability to create and present complex AI/ML and data architecture solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and AI/ML tools (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Demonstrated ability to build compelling proposals, presentations, and technical solution documents.
  • Excellent knowledge of solutions like Co-Pilot or other AI-based assistants and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
  • Experience in working directly with sales teams, understanding customer needs, and translating them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of data governance, security, and scalability best practices.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and customer success teams.
  • A passion for AI/ML technologies and their potential to transform business operations.
  • Experience working in diverse industries, with the ability to tailor AI/ML solutions to specific business verticals.
  • AI/ML certifications (e.g., Google Cloud AI Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate).
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI-powered solutions, particularly in pre-sales or consulting roles.
