Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in transmission systems and substation design.
  • 10 years of experience documenting and interpreting engineering documentation.
  • 10 years of experience reviewing and approving engineering work completed by others to ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and contract requirements.
  • 5 years of experience with local, state, and national codes and standards.
  • 5 years of experience with the construction process within the transmission and distribution industry.
  • 3 years of experience leading a team and/or mentoring others.
