About Adventure ABA, LLC

We are a locally owned ABA company led by a passionate BCBA team, dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients while fostering a fun work environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Therapist, you will work with clients ranging from 18 months to adults, helping them overcome behavioral challenges and enhance socially significant behaviors. You will implement tailored interventions designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, playing a vital role in promoting client growth and progress. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Creating detailed session notes to ensure accurate documentation of services provided.
  • Contributing to the overall success of our therapy programs.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
  • A high school diploma.
  • A minimum of 6 months of childcare experience.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable sitting on the floor for extended periods during therapy sessions.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain it upon employment offer.
  • A willingness to drive up to 35 miles between sessions.
