About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our data science team, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and providing actionable insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
  • Work closely with data engineers to develop and maintain data pipelines
  • Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, identifying opportunities to incorporate new techniques and technologies into our workflows

This role will be based in Columbus, Ohio, with opportunities for collaboration with our global teams.

About You

We're looking for a highly experienced data scientist with a strong background in predictive modeling, machine learning, and data analysis. You'll have a proven track record of delivering successful data-driven projects and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ideally, you'll have experience with:

  • Python and strong background in data science and machine learning
  • SQL and familiarity with Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML)
  • Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and data mining techniques
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
