  • In-depth understanding of insurance accounting standards and regulations.
  • Expertise in financial reporting and account reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial information and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
