About the Role

Coffman Engineers is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Seattle. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for various projects, including commercial, retail, and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems, including one-line development, fault current calculations, and NEC required load calculations
  • Consult with architects, owners, and general contractors to ensure electrical systems meet project requirements
  • Collaborate with multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop specifications and technical documents for electrical systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in electrical engineering
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in consulting electrical engineering
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is required
  • Experience in power distribution design is a plus
