Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our team at DocCafe. As a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a hospital setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current APRN licensure and certification in Hospital Medicine
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
