Job Title: Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Intermountain Health.

Job Summary:

The Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage patients in the hospital setting, including ordering diagnostic tests and developing treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Utah.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a hospitalist role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
