Job Title: PNT Operations Coordinator

At LifeStance Health, we strive to provide exceptional mental health services to individuals, families, and communities. As a PNT Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Psychological and Neuropsychological Testing (PNT) services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all operational aspects of PNT services, including scheduling, rescheduling, paperwork, and patient communication.
  • Serve as the patient's logistical point of contact prior to testing, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with the billing team and patients to facilitate discussions regarding benefits and out-of-pocket costs.
  • Confirm appointments with patients within one week prior to testing, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Responsible for ensuring patients receive and sign the Financial Agreement and Consent for Testing Services (FACTS).
  • Check if paperwork has been completed prior to appointments and connect with patients if necessary.
  • Assist patients with the portal process and/or telehealth platform, as needed.
  • Reach out to patients ahead of their first appointment if there is a benefit coverage concern.
  • Serve as the point of contact for patients who need to cancel or reschedule their PNT appointments.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 2 years of customer service experience; experience in healthcare is highly preferred.
  • Prior knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA regulations would be advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
