Position Title: Quotation Analyst

Department: Quotations Team

Reporting To: Quotations Manager

Role Summary:

The Quotation Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring precise and prompt quotations for both standard and custom equipment requests. This position collaborates closely with the Customer Service Team and other departments to deliver exceptional service and maintain high-quality standards for our clients, dealers, and representatives. Attention to detail and a strong aptitude for estimating projects are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting.
• Absorb and apply training to achieve independent functionality within a set timeframe.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Utilize the Auto Quotes platform to generate accurate quotes.
• Work with various departments to gather necessary information for precise product quotations.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the diverse product offerings, distinguishing between standard and custom items.
• Employ specifications and drawings alongside the internal system to create quotes.
• Maintain organized records of all project-related documentation for future reference.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience or training.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic mathematical proficiency.
• Certifications in estimating or related fields are advantageous.
• Prior on-the-job training is beneficial.

Work Environment:
