Job Summary:
Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting students' functional abilities and independence in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with Professionals: Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' functional skills within the classroom and school environment.
- Implement Strategies and Accommodations: Develop and implement strategies and accommodations to enhance students' participation in academic and social activities.
- Participate in IEP Development: Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in goal setting.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy: A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
- Active or Pending OT License: An active or pending Occupational Therapy license is required.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist is preferred, but not required.
