Student Loan Assistance:

This role may qualify for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, designed to help you manage your educational debt effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide care for patients in a clinical environment.
Establish long-lasting, meaningful relationships with a distinct group of patients.
Work in partnership with other clinic personnel to address practice-related challenges.
Qualifications:
Completion of a Medical Assistant program with an Associate's degree or diploma is preferred.
Experience of six months to one year in a related field is advantageous.
Certifications:
National Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAAMA); or
National Registration as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through the American Medical Technologist (AMT); or
National Certification as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) through the National Health Career Association and a Medical Assistant diploma.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 80 hours per two weeks.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is as follows. Actual hourly rate will depend on experience. $27.00 per hour.
