We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated EMT Basic to join our team at Life Ambulance Network. As an EMT Basic, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care and transportation to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide basic life support care to patients
  • Transport patients to medical facilities and provide ongoing care during transport
  • Work effectively in high-stress situations and maintain composure in emergency situations
  • Collaborate with other emergency responders and medical professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Illinois Licensure as Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)-Basic
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Skills and experience incumbent to function with proficiency at the BLS level of service
  • Current CPR card
  • Consent to a criminal background check
  • Ability to lift/push/pull at least 150+ lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PHTLS Certificate
  • ITLS Certificate
  • National Registry Certification
