Key Qualifications for the Analyst:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in financial management within the clinical research sector.
- Proven experience in budget negotiation and proposal development.
- Expertise in coverage analysis and reconciliation.
- Experience in post-award financial operations.

Position Responsibilities:
- Support the Clinical Trials Office (CTO) by managing the financial operations of the Post-Award process, aligning with the department's objectives and collaborating with central offices.
- Engage with various departments and medical affiliates to ensure seamless operations.
- Review contracts and manage invoicing to sponsors and funding agencies in accordance with the clinical trial agreements.
- Conduct financial account reconciliations, both internally and externally.
- Handle transfer and appropriation charges, ensuring proper study account closure at the conclusion of trials.
- Process no-cost extensions and contract amendments to maintain uninterrupted accounting of expenses and income.
- Resolve issues as they arise and conduct vendor/subcontractor research as necessary.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, clinical trials, and reconciliation processes.
