Job Overview

The XSOAR Solutions Developer at Tek Ninjas will play a crucial role in our Cybersecurity division, focusing on the design, development, and deployment of automated solutions and tailored playbooks.

This position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to create and enhance solutions aimed at optimizing processes and boosting operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automation playbooks utilizing both standard and custom integrations.
  • Develop bespoke integrations and automation scripts using languages such as Python or PowerShell.
  • Integrate existing technologies with the XSOAR Platform.
  • Engage in architectural design and analytical tasks related to security automation.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues associated with automation tools and processes.
  • Work alongside teams such as network engineering and downstream applications to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
  • Document and review identified security automation use cases with relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead sessions focused on the design of automation use cases and playbooks.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for automation processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto XSOAR.
  • Proficiency in one or more scripting languages, including Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with Palo Alto Cortex, Azure Databricks, Splunk, Snowflake, CrowdStrike, and Microsoft Compliance Center is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of automating cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
  • Understanding of incident management, cyber-attack methodologies, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices is preferred.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
