Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team at General Dynamics Mission Systems. As a member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for the operations, maintenance, and sustainment of an international network of radionuclide monitoring stations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute projects related to the Nuclear Monitoring Program
  • Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support for a network of radionuclide monitoring stations
  • Travel to domestic and international locations to maintain and repair fielded systems
  • Build, test, and evaluate new equipment and sensors in an engineering test bed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
  • 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree
  • Agile experience preferred
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance within 24 months of hire
Preferred Skills
  • Past experience in managing and executing projects
  • Ability to travel to domestic and international locations
  • Knowledge of Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty, nuclear sensor technology, spectroscopy, and data acquisition
