We are currently seeking a driven Laboratory Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our production team as a non-exempt employee.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate effectively with technical personnel from China to acquire, master, and swiftly apply technical knowledge.
2. Primarily oversee the activities of production staff, utilizing fluency in Chinese for communication, translation, and work updates.
3. Demonstrate responsibility and possess the capability to coordinate tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes in workflow.
- 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Completion of educational requirements.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) in both written and spoken forms, as effective communication with the technical team in China is essential.
