Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and program participants in our aquatics area. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong sense of conviction and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all aquatics program participants.
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.

Salary Information

$42,000 - $52,000 per year, based on location and experience.
