- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care and progress
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- Previous experience in home healthcare or a related field is preferred
- Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines

$48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
