Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of primary care physicians to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient satisfaction, reduce hospital readmissions, and enhance overall healthcare outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative care models, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to primary care physicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research, guidelines, and best practices to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care.

Requirements

  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
  • Current State Medical License or ability to obtain one.
  • DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross.
