Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled State Director to lead our New Jersey operations. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall administration and growth of our services in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of our services in New Jersey.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our New Jersey programs, including residential and day programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local, state, and federal government agencies, advocacy groups, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with our senior leadership team to develop and implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field, such as psychology, counseling, or social work.
  • Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the human services industry, with a focus on developmental disabilities and intellectual disabilities.
  • Proven track record of success in managing day programs, supported living, and residential programs.
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting, with a focus on ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
