About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Feed Lab Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring raw materials, formulating animal-specific feed, and ensuring the quality of our feed products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily testing and record-keeping of feed-related ingredients and finished feed products.
  • Prepare chemical solutions and operate basic laboratory equipment.
  • Perform sample preparation, testing, and computation of results.
  • Shipment of samples to external laboratories for further testing.
  • Comply with OSHA and Butterball regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Animal Science, Microbiology, Poultry Science, or related field.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Valid North Carolina Driver's License and acceptable motor vehicle driving record preferred.
