Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Systems Technician to join our team at Creole Cuisine Restaurants Concepts. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our low-voltage systems, including voice/data, audio/visual, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain structured cabling infrastructure in a commercial environment
  • Pull, route, and terminate cables, including cat6, RG6, and speaker cables
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on low-voltage systems, including troubleshooting and commissioning
  • Work with the Director of Maintenance to optimize preventative maintenance procedures
  • Provide assistance to other technicians and leadership on project teams
  • Complete on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
  • Associates degree with a Technical focus and 5 years of related experience in the specific industry; or, 7 years of experience in the specific industry
  • Understanding of restaurant equipment electrical, mechanical, and control systems
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate
  • May be required to travel
  • Must have own truck and tools needed to perform the job
Working Conditions

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to use close vision and color vision. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. Work is typically performed in a restaurant environment and is usually very loud.
