- Guarantee meticulous documentation of care plans, nursing notes, and all resident communications.
- Possess extensive experience as a Medication Aide.
- Facilitate orientation and provide on-the-job training for Caregivers and Medication Aides.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Measure, document, and support wellness clinics.
- Conduct regular audits on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Oversee the scheduling of clinical personnel.
- Foster an environment of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, calmness, and joy.
- Uphold the confidentiality of all resident care in line with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in ongoing training as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of substantial experience as a Caregiver/Medication Aide in an Assisted Living environment is necessary.
- Must acquire a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment.
- First Aid & CPR Certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is preferred but not mandatory.
