Lead Dentist

Aspen Dental Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dentist to join our team as a Clinical Director. This is a unique opportunity to lead a patient-centric team and assume a leadership role in our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of dental professionals and ensure excellent quality of care for all patients
• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
• Maintain an awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
• Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
• Stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
• Represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community through networking and professional associations

Requirements:

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
