Under the guidance of the Life Enrichment Director, the primary responsibilities of this role include enriching the lives of our residents through various activities and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Engage with prospective residents, showcasing the community's amenities and services.
  • Develop and implement welcome orientations for new residents, setting the tone for a positive living experience.
  • Design and execute monthly programs based on the Whole Person Wellness Model, incorporating a minimum of two of the six experiences (Intellectual, Social, Emotional, Vocational, and Spiritual).
  • Utilize technology, such as iPads, to enhance resident engagement and create engaging content for community TV and social media.
  • Stay proficient in software applications and tools used by American House for Life Enrichment purposes.
  • Schedule weekend activities and events, ensuring a vibrant community atmosphere.
  • Represent American House professionally at community events, promoting a positive image.
  • Obtain a bus driving license and provide transportation for group events and personal appointments.
  • Oversee the volunteer program, fostering a sense of community and social responsibility.
  • Notify the Life Enrichment Director of emergency situations, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  • Report to the Life Enrichment Director, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
