Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering individualized nursing care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery. This position requires the application of nursing expertise and adherence to age-specific standards in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include:
  • Providing care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Coordinating resident assessments and education.
  • Delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe care practices.
  • Supporting the nursing team to address care and service concerns.

Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing. A current, unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing is required, along with the maintenance of necessary competencies and certifications.
