Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience.
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments.
Your primary duties will include:
- Answering phones and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the front desk area and surrounding offices
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
You will also need to be computer proficient with Microsoft Office, and have experience working in a customer service environment.
