Job Summary

IntelliPro Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving warehouse performance objectives, maintaining receiving, warehousing, and outbound operations, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement warehouse on-the-floor operation excellence daily management methods to achieve cost savings, productivity, and service level improvements.
  • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and outbound operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Communicate closely with internal and external warehouse customers, report to management, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to North America BU level projects as needed.
