Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of retail Solution Specialists to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in core deposits and loans, and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure best-in-class member experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and insights to team members to help them understand their role in delivering exceptional member experiences and driving business success.
  • Champion change and innovation within the team and across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of credit union or bank retail banking experience.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience.
  • Some college hours of study.
  • Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy and regulations.
  • Proven member service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze member/prospect credit data and other financial information to provide product insights and considerations.
