Job Title: Clinical Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Coordinator to join our dynamic team at American Dental Companies. This role is ideal for an individual who is ready to take on a leadership position, overseeing the daily operations of the clinical team while continuing to provide hands-on support to patients and dentists.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Clinical Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of dental assistants, ensuring smooth clinic operations. You will also assist dentists during complex dental procedures, prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, oversee the training and development of new team members, manage patient records, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control regulations.

To qualify for this position, you must have certification from an accredited dental assistant program, X-Ray license, and at least 5 years of experience as a dental assistant. A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, positive attitude are essential.
