Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue for WorldStrides' educational programs. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to reach business objectives, while providing an exceptional experiential learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for 5-7 active programs, including defining product offerings, channel distribution, and cost/revenue analysis.
  • Manage budgets, including determining initial marketing strategy, managing budget projections, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Present campaign results and analysis to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Research and analyze marketing data and results to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Partner with digital marketing team to develop digital campaigns and oversee digital marketing spend.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Product Marketing or Driving Leads/Acquisitions within allowable spend.
  • Strong direct response background, including direct mail creation, execution, audience segmentation, and response rates.
  • Digital marketing experience, including keyword selection, paid meta, paid search, and working with outside ad agencies.
  • Strong analytical capacity, with experience presenting and communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management of marketing campaigns, working with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing aggressive direct mail and digital marketing schedules.
  • Impeccable professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Database and relationship marketing, business acumen, and budgeting experience.
  • Working knowledge of ESP Platforms and audience journeys.
