BOSSELMAN TANK & TRAILER INC is seeking a Mechanical Equipment Operator to join our team.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
As a Mechanical Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for performing light mechanical work on trucks, including installing and repairing brake systems, as well as completing pressurized leak testing.
You will also be required to follow standard work methods on assignments and request guidance for any project conflicts or gaps. Additionally, you may be required to do offsite service calls and maintain a clean work area.
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of manufacturing or vocational experience. A background working with trailer suspension, brake, and electrical systems is helpful, as well as mechanical aptitude and basic welding skills.
A working knowledge of heavy-duty vehicles and computer experience are also beneficial. You must be able to prioritize and plan work activities and work with tight deadlines while exercising attention to detail.
