Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. This role will assist in supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality standards are met in all areas, including food preparation, beverage production, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining quality standards in all areas of restaurant operations.
  • Learn and demonstrate technical skills necessary for managing the restaurant profitably and professionally.
  • Supervise personnel and complete administrative duties as directed by the Manager.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A background check and drug screen are required for this position.
