Job Overview

This role involves performing general construction labor duties, including site clean-up and material handling. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, with excellent balance and strength.

Responsibilities
  • Operate power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts to perform tasks efficiently
  • Pour vertical concrete and install reshores as instructed
  • Work effectively during inclement weather conditions, adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 90 pounds with assistance when needed
  • Frequently walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb
  • Use hand tools like power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts on a regular basis
  • Hold a valid 10 Hour OSHA Card
Preferred Experience
  • Applicants with at least 6 months of formwork/concrete construction labor work experience are preferred
  • A 30 Hour OSHA Card is highly desirable
