About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Program Facilitator to join our team at Baldwin General Contracting Inc. As a Program Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering our programs to diverse communities, promoting family engagement, and supporting the development of strong, supportive relationships between parents and their children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead interactive workshops and sessions with parents and caregivers, focusing on topics such as early childhood development, parenting styles, and community engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, ensuring successful program delivery and high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement program curricula, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse communities.
  • Provide coaching and support to parents and caregivers, helping them to build their skills and confidence.
  • Conduct outreach and engagement activities to promote our programs and services to diverse communities.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and one or more of the following languages: Spanish, Haitian Creole, Simplified Chinese, or Portuguese.
  • 2+ years of experience working with diverse communities, preferably in a program facilitation or community outreach role.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to travel within the Greater Boston area and potentially statewide.
  • Cultural competence and experience working in culturally diverse environments.
