Job Title: Onsite Supervisor

Capitol Bridge LLC is seeking a highly skilled Onsite Supervisor to join our team for a critical government project.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising training staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures. They will also oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff in the department.

The Onsite Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Supervising training staff to ensure quality standards are met
  • Overseeing scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff
  • Assisting with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
  • Interviewing and recommending hiring of new training staff
  • Developing work schedules and assigning duties to direct report personnel
  • Evaluating employees' job performance and recommending personnel action
  • Ensuring compliance with company Wage & Hour policy

The successful candidate will have a strong background in supervision, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to manage confidentiality and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
