- Evaluating risks and analyzing the client's internal control environment.
- Executing and documenting analytical procedures, substantive tests, and control tests to identify and address accounting or reporting challenges.
- Preparing or reviewing financial statements and other deliverables for clients.
- Leading, mentoring, and overseeing the work of junior and experienced audit staff.
- Fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Engaging actively in all stages of client engagements, from planning through to final reporting.
- Exhibiting expertise in technical competencies, quality of work, and adherence to professional and firm standards.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years of experience in public accounting.
- Possession of a current and valid CPA license, or actively pursuing the license by preparing for and passing the relevant state CPA examination.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in the United States, as well as the standards set by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
