In this critical role, you will provide support to the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) Office of Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G-2 Information Management (IM) Directorate, also known as the Department of the Army Military Intelligence – Information Management (DAMI-IM).

DAMI-IM's mission is to revolutionize Army Intelligence into a Net-Centric, knowledge-driven community through the formulation of policy and management of Information Technology (IT) integration, networking, assurance, initiatives, and programs. You will contribute to realizing G-2's vision of delivering intelligence to the Warfighter.


The Senior IA Policy and Compliance Certified Professional is tasked with leading and supporting Assessment & Authorization (A&A) or other Information Assurance (IA) and Cyber Network Defense (CND) compliance processes and audits for all enterprise systems and networks, ensuring the validity and accuracy of all related documentation.


Responsibilities:


• Lead and conduct compliance evaluations of computer security strategies, perform risk assessments, and validate security testing and audits.
• Analyze and define security prerequisites for information protection across enterprise systems and networks.
• Assist in formulating security policies.
• Evaluate the sensitivity of information and conduct vulnerability and risk assessments based on established sensitivity and information flow.


• Accountable for auditing complex new and existing information systems applications to ensure the presence of appropriate controls, efficient and accurate processing, and compliance with corporate standards.

• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science, or a Master’s degree preferred; additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.
• Over 10 years of experience in protected information environments (e.g., SIPR, SAP, JWICS, etc.).
• IAM Level III certification (CISM, CISSP (or associate), GSLC, or CCISO) by DoD M.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Familiarity with ICD 503 and the government's assessment and authorization process.
• Current understanding of cloud-computing technologies and security as they pertain to Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
