Clinical Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Clinical Leadership Specialist at SCHARP California. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the mental health services provided to vulnerable populations in South Los Angeles.
About the Role- Provide oversight for assigned staff to ensure quality service delivery and meeting contractual obligations.
- Establish and maintain systems to ensure clinical assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes measures are completed in a timely manner.
- Participate in Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Committees to review client cases and ensure documentation meets standards.
- Supervise clinicians, case managers, and peer support staff to ensure they receive adequate orientation, ongoing information, support, and resources.
- Oversee the implementation of Evidenced-Based Practice interventions, treatment strategies, practices, and service elements to improve outcomes.
- Ensure staff document all services provided and submit accurate and timely documentation.
