We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Clinical Leadership Specialist at SCHARP California. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the mental health services provided to vulnerable populations in South Los Angeles.

About the Role
  • Provide oversight for assigned staff to ensure quality service delivery and meeting contractual obligations.
  • Establish and maintain systems to ensure clinical assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes measures are completed in a timely manner.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Committees to review client cases and ensure documentation meets standards.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise clinicians, case managers, and peer support staff to ensure they receive adequate orientation, ongoing information, support, and resources.
  2. Oversee the implementation of Evidenced-Based Practice interventions, treatment strategies, practices, and service elements to improve outcomes.
  3. Ensure staff document all services provided and submit accurate and timely documentation.
