Job Summary:
Reynolds Community College is seeking a part-time adjunct teaching faculty member to instruct in Biology or Anatomy and Physiology. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Biology or Anatomy and Physiology or a Master's degree with eighteen (18) graduate semester hours in Biology or Anatomy and Physiology. The ideal candidate will have related occupational experience, teaching experience in college-level courses, or high school Biology teaching experience. The ability to employ multiple teaching strategies, incorporate technology into instructional responsibilities, and communicate effectively with diverse populations is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach Biology or Anatomy and Physiology courses to students at Reynolds Community College.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Use technology to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators.
  • Meet the minimum qualifications for the position.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Biology or Anatomy and Physiology or a Master's degree with eighteen (18) graduate semester hours in Biology or Anatomy and Physiology.
  • Related occupational experience, teaching experience in college-level courses, or high school Biology teaching experience.
  • Ability to employ multiple teaching strategies, incorporate technology into instructional responsibilities, and communicate effectively with diverse populations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Wide range of coursework and/or teaching experience throughout Biology subject area.
  • Ability to work with a diverse population of faculty, staff, and students.
