Program Supervisor Job Description

As a Program Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, employee evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Purchase and maintain medical supplies and equipment, as well as oversee dietary planning.
  • Assist with scheduling and accompanying individuals to medical appointments, documenting and following up as required.
  • Provide direct support, including documentation, medication administration, and community involvement.
  • Act as an advocate for our clients, promoting independence, health, and safety.
  • Communicate and correspond with families, implementing individual service plans.
  • Report incidents through our incident reporting systems and review census, attendance information, and other required documentation to ensure accurate billing.
  • Ensure the home is kept clean, neat, and safe, vehicles are maintained, and maintenance teams are contacted when needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of related work experience.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • Other licensure or certification as required by regulatory authority.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and clients.
  • Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
