Key Responsibilities:- Manage the unit's clinical operations, including staffing, payroll, budgets, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Supervise a team of nurses and ensure the highest quality of patient care is provided.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve staff development and patient outcomes.
- Monitor the allocation and utilization of personnel and resources to ensure optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient care across the continuum.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience, including experience as a charge nurse or preceptor.
- Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
- ACLS certification strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree in nursing preferred.
