Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project management and support to Project Managers for municipal planning, comprehensive plan development, and land use analysis.
  • Work independently with municipal clients on planning and zoning studies, development review, and ordinance updates.
  • Collaborate on larger projects with multi-disciplinary teams and provide leadership and mentorship to our growing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in urban and regional planning, urban studies, architecture, landscape architecture, or affiliated degrees.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience.
  • AICP certification or affiliate organization preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of planning methods and application at the local and regional level.
  • Experience in agency and stakeholder involvement techniques and processes.
  • Applied knowledge of methods and techniques of effective technical report preparation and presentations.
